EnerGaia was contacted earlier this year by representatives from TCC Group, the parent company of Thai Bev, about the potential to collaborate for large-scale commercial production of spirulina in Thailand utilizing TCC Group’s available land and workforce with EnerGaia’s technical knowledge and spirulina production system.
The two companies signed a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and are now trying to find a suitable location amongst TCC Group’s properties for an initial pilot. TCC Group’s representatives feel confident that there is a large opportunity to sells pirulina in foreign markets where they already do business, such as the Middle East. We are very excited about the opportunity to work together with them.
